Information We Collect

We collect account information you provide or authorize through GitHub sign-in, such as your GitHub ID, username, avatar, and email address when available.

We also collect service metadata needed to operate the platform, including tunnel identifiers, requested subdomains, worker assignment, timestamps, client IP addresses, request counts, byte counts, and operational logs.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate users, establish tunnels, enforce plan limits, detect abuse, investigate incidents, support customers, and improve the reliability and security of the service.

Billing and Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for cloud plan purchases. Paddle may collect billing, payment, tax, fraud, and subscription-management information under its own policies.

Abuse Prevention and Logging

Because poriq provides public networking endpoints, we retain operational and security-relevant metadata to investigate phishing, malware delivery, credential attacks, spam, denial-of-service attempts, and other prohibited conduct.

Data Sharing

We share information only when needed to operate the service, process payments, comply with the law, protect users, investigate abuse, or defend the rights and security of poriq and third parties.

Retention

We keep account and operational records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal and tax obligations, handle disputes, and enforce anti-abuse controls.
